Service Description
Get treated like an athlete, without the waiting rooms, traffic, or rushed appointments. I come to you, whether that's your home, office, studio, or gym, and you get a full hour of one-on-one care focused entirely on you. Every visit starts with understanding what's going on. I'll evaluate how you move, find the root cause of your pain or limitation, and build a treatment plan around your body, your goals, and your life, whether you're getting back to the stage, the field, or simply through a workday without aching. What you'll get: - One-on-one care from a Doctor of Physical Therapy, never handed off to an aide - A thorough evaluation and a treatment plan built for you - Hands-on treatment, targeted exercise, and dry needling when appropriate - A home program designed to fit your space and your schedule - Care where you are, at a time that works for you Serving: Arlington, Fort Worth, Dallas, Mansfield, Kennedale, Grand Prairie, and Southlake, TX Please note: If you're looking for guidance on habits, nutrition, sleep health, improving quality of life, and overall wellness rather than treatment for pain or injury, my "Virtual Wellness Coaching Hour" may be the better fit.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy We reserve your appointment time especially for you. When a session is missed or cancelled at the last minute, that time can’t be offered to another patient who needs care. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Your first late cancellation or missed appointment is a courtesy. Life happens, and we won’t charge you the first time. After that, late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) and no-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled appointment fee. This fee is your responsibility and cannot be billed to insurance. We understand emergencies. Sudden illness, a family emergency, unsafe weather, or other circumstances beyond your control will be reviewed case by case, and the fee may be waived at our discretion. Just let us know what happened as soon as you’re able. Arriving late: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your session or reschedule it, and the visit may count as a late cancellation.
